How can I archive or export my messages?

We know you love your texts - that’s why we integrated with the most popular cloud services, so that you can archive your texts. In addition we’ve integrated a feature that allows you to export your entire SMS inbox.

This is how it works:

  1. Go to settings in your mysms phone app (Sidebar - Cloud Synchronization - SMS Archiving) or the settings in the web app (“Dropbox, GDrive, Evernote, Email”).
  2. Connect your mysms account with one of the mentioned services or choose to export your texts.
  3. From now on you will find all new incoming and outgoing messages also in your Dropbox, Google Drive, Evernote or your email account. If you chose to export your SMS inbox a CSV.-file will be sent to your email account that contains all your messages that are saved in the mysms cloud.

These plugins serve as an additional storage where you can manage and search your messages. It is not possible to restore your texts back from these cloud services to mysms.
